How it began:
I've always been interested in craft beer culture, however, as someone who is allergic to gluten, there are not typically many options available at local spots. A friend got me into kombucha and I started to think… “There must be a way to make a gluten-free, stomach-friendly, beer-like drink from kombucha...” I did some research, and as it turns out, this is a real possibility! That is when Happi Stummi was born. I built a conceptual company, brand, product, and packaging solutions around this idea.
